For Engage and Impact, steps 3 and 4 of the staircase framework are our main focus areas.

We can also ‘backfill’ any of steps 1 and 2 if needed.

Giving presentations or speeches
Speaking internally to your team or employees
Facilitating or participating fully in meetings
During 1:1 conversations
On panels, videos, committees, podcasts etc.

The focus and ratio are tailored for your own goals.

And much of the coaching process is driven by you and the context and content you’re choosing to focus on.

6 x 50-minute sessions OR 4 x 75 minutes / 1-day intensive for short deadlines
