Any ‘readiness’ level is fine. Whether your content is rough or refined, I’ll work with you exactly where you’re at.
We work to make sure your presentation or talk captures who you are and what you want to achieve. I give clear suggestions and advice, but they’re not imposed on you.
From initial high-level questions and brainstorming to final testing and run-through, I support you every step of the way.

This isn’t hard to do well once you know the tools, and it’s often where you can get lost and reduce your impact. The right balance of logic and humanity is vital.
How “Done with You” coaching works
The details:
- Pre-coaching call [25 minutes] to discuss your goals and challenges.
- Pre-coaching: I view relevant recordings (if applicable) for real-time insights.
- 6 x 50-minute sessions (3 for short timelines or fewer focus areas).
- Online or in person if you’re in Melbourne.
- Includes resources: videos, templates, checklists, best-practice examples.
- Access to me between sessions.
- Videotaping (optional). Videos are uploaded for viewing/downloading.
- Post-event review and wrap-up [25 minutes].
Rhythm and tempo. Depending on your goals, I may use music concepts from my background as a classical pianist as a useful vehicle for fresh perspectives on presentation or speaking style. This is optional!
