Where can you see possibility today?

Happy 2025! I hope it’s a great one for you.

How are you doing? The new starts – or restarts – often seems to bring inner tension: am I doing/being enough? What’s important? What am I missing?

(I know some of what I’m regularly missing is the outer world when I’m locked onto my computer screen! The tunnel vision – when I notice it – is astounding.)

And I’m reminded of how important it is NOT to limit myself to what I “think” is possible – particularly based on past experiences.

Not to categorise and label unthinkingly. We label ourselves, and we label others.

We tend do this automatically, as it creates shortcuts and keeps things tidy.

I think it’s useful to be reminded of this as we go into 2025 – where can we breathe, and expand our horizons about ourselves and about the people around us?

One of my favourite tools – expectation exploration is a great place to start.

And this poem snippet also inspires and reminds me to think differently:
